This hotel was only opened in January, so still quite new. We stayed one night (on our way from Marseille to Calais) in a standard double room, I wanted the larger with terrace but they were all sold out, but in fact I had no complaints. Decent size room. Lovely bathroom (the shower head didn't work but the handset did so it wasn't an issue). Air con is good and quiet. Bed super comfy. No noise at all (I'm very noise sensitive) The building looks gorgeous and the location is central for walking around Troyes. Staff very helpful. We didn't eat breakfast so can't comment on food. We didn't have a treatment but had a look at the gym which was very compact - Technogym equipment. I would have liked to have used it but sadly it doesn't open until 9.00am.

A beautifully renovated historic building right next to the city centre. We were looking for a stay over during our trip to Southern Europe. Troyes is a beautiful town and easy to access from the highway. The hotel offers secure parking, which is also a great plus. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was good size, clean, comfortable, and pleasant. I also very much enjoyed the bar. The city centre is a five minute's walk from the hotel and certainly a not to miss.

Welcoming was great 😊 all the people working there really deserve a pay raise or Big Christmas 🎄 Bonus ! There’s no better place to be in Troy . All stuff exceptionally well trained , Even with most difficult ones they manage like it’s nothing and with huge smile on faces :)

Absolutely lovely hotel ! Loved our room so comfortable and stunning bathroom . Bed and pillows were first class. Lovely bar lounge downstairs - delicious food and staff are brilliant. We enjoyed a relaxing evening listening to to a great jazz performance !
